Stand in the gap for our Nation ...

Daily prophetic word
Faith for the Nations Again!
“Rebuild again the standard of prayer for your nation,” says the Lord.  “Don’t be dismayed by seeming political troubles here and there or what some say will happen.  I am looking for those who will stand for the nations again.”

Prophetic Scripture:
Isaiah 41:10-11 – Fear thou not; for I am with thee; be not dismayed; for I am thy God:  I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.  Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded:  they shall be as nothing and they that strive with thee shall perish.

With all of the shaking that seems to be occurring around the world, we need to stay in the plan of God and use our prayer weapons like never before.  When the world falls apart, it is time for the church to arise!  Like Peter, it is challenging to keep our eyes on Jesus and away from the wind blowing all around us.  Yet, we can rest in the above Scripture that God is strengthening us to stand in the spiritual fight.  We can pray for our leaders, presidents and judges that they will also be used to turn our nation back to righteousness.  Determine that you will stand in the gap for your nation and the nations of the world.  We have been anointed for this time and we have nothing to fear for our God is with us!

Prayer:

I am lifting my sword of prayer afresh today for my nation.  I place my eyes on the way of God before me.  Lord, I thank You that I have nothing to fear for You are with me and my family and You are watching over me today.  I call my nation a blessed nations and from it many will arise and seek the Lord and preach His Word.  I send angels to cover my nation and protect it from evil today!  In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

A greater level of spiritual perception ...

Daily prophetic word
A Bull's Eye in the Spirit
“I am placing you in My quiver of arrows,” says the Lord.  “Yes, you will speak today and your words will move like swords and hit the bulls-eye every time.  I call you My sharp instrument that shall display My glory! ”

Prophetic Scripture:
Isaiah 49:2-3 – And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver hath he hid me; and said unto me, thou are my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified.

We are in an hour when God is sharpening His church.  We are being prepared and polished for God’s purpose all over the world.  I see the Body of Christ stepping into its most powerful time.  We have to use our faith for that!  What has felt like efforts of hit and miss in the past will begin to hit the target.  God wants to make you a sharp sword that will never miss its goal.  We have all felt at times like we could have done things better haven’t we?  Well, expect that to change for you starting now!  Start by speaking prophetic words that have a direct purpose.  Command things to come to pass, both in your life and calling.  I believe it is going to get easier to hit a bulls-eye in the spirit every time.  Prophecies will become more targeted, ministry will be more precise and your current efforts will supersede your previous ones as you speak them with your mouth.  Expect the world to be impacted as you present a new level of precise ministry today!

Prayer:

Lord, I welcome a place in Your quiver of arrows.  Send me to my generation as a sharp spiritual instrument.  I believe I will see clearer than before and have a greater level of spiritual perception.  Use me for Your purpose as I use my words today as arrows in the spirit!  In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

Who's report will you believe ...

Daily prophetic word
God's Report is in You!
The Lord says, “Receive My report and not that of another.  For what I have said is the final word in you.  Accept it, believe it and rejoice! ”

Prophetic Scripture:
Hebrews 11:1-2 – Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.  For by it the elders obtained a good report.

Many “reports” come to us everyday.  There are news reports, doctor reports, financial reports, school reports, war reports, legal reports and so many more.  We see them and read them constantly.  If we are not careful, all the reports we hear can affect our ability to believe the report of the Lord.  How deep is the report of the Lord really in you?  Someone said to me, as they were headed to the doctor’s office, “I am believing I will get a good report.”  Well it is good to get a good doctor’s report, but the final report (God’s) should be settled in us before we head to the doctor.  In the verses above it says that the elders obtained a good report by what they believed.  Their circumstance may not have looked like a good report, but they obtained one anyway!  Their faith possessed it.  God’s report is good.  Solidify it in you today!  Let His report be the final word BEFORE you accept any other reports!

Prayer:

I stand today, my Father, in Your report.  It is the final word.  My faith accepts Your report as the truth over any other report.  No matter what the world reports to me, I believe Your report supersedes it.  I thank You that I can trust in that right now as an anchor to my soul.

Today give HIM thanks and honor

Eyes That Recognize

Matthew 13:16-17 But blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear; for assuredly, I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.

We need eyes that see and ears that hear, that perceive and understand what God is doing. Having the ability to recognize the Lord's work in our midst enables us to give Him honor and thanks. If we cannot value what is going on, then we don't have a launching pad for thanksgiving.

A heart of thanksgiving is of utmost importance to see God move in our lives and in the lives of others. Thanksgiving opens the gate of Heaven and the gate of our hearts to receive His activity in our lives. Without the gate-opener of praise and thanksgiving, we are left in a place of stagnation. The river of God's life is dammed up because of our lack of appreciation for what He has done and is doing.

If we cannot think of the good things He has done in our lives we have been stolen from. We all have the gift of life. We all have the ability to connect with God and be filled with His presence. We all have the choice to choose Him. Just to have the ability to choose is one of the greatest gifts of all. We can choose to enter into His life through our own spiritual hunger. Being hungry for God will bring us into a place of life and thanksgiving and open up the gates of Heaven, making us truly a people who are blessed to be a blessing.

Receiving His Glory

Isaiah 12:2-3 Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; "For YAH, the LORD, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation. Therefore with joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation."

When we see what God is doing we need to have a heart that can receive what He is doing that we may be the beneficiaries of what is happening. There is no striving in receiving from the Lord, but rather a laying down of our lives to receive His life.

There is a letting go of things that hinder so that we can lay hold of things eternal. Our own flesh tries to work to earn God's blessings but they are given to us because we cannot begin to pay the price. The price we pay is spiritual hunger. We become hungry and pursue the Lord, being transformed into the habitations of God.

The Holy Spirit is the distributor of all the goodness and gifts of God. When we learn to draw from the wells of the Holy Spirit, we are able to gain access to the unlimited treasures of His presence and life. He freely gives us all things that pertain to life and godliness.

We should desire to be "like God" in the context of being reflectors of His glorious face. We are to be imitators of Christ in all that He lived out before us in the earth, not just bearing the fruit of the Spirit but demonstrating the Kingdom of God in power.

Deeper Thanks Equals Deeper Glory

Psalm 140:13 Surely the righteous shall give thanks to Your name; the upright shall dwell in Your presence.

Being receptors of His glory and presence, we then should enter into deeper thanksgiving, higher praise and greater commitment to His heart. In remembering the works of God we more and more experience His works in our midst. The more we recognize what He is doing, the more He pours out. It is the recognition, not taking things lightly, that He continues doing what He does, and bringing it up a level continues to increase His activity in our lives.

Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness shall be filled.

The more we recognize what God is doing, the more we can enter into gratefulness and the more He will pour out because of thankful hearts! More Lord!

Expect to be blessed ...

Daily prophetic word
Rewarded with Good!
“Know that I think upon you for good," says the Lord.  "All you do in righteousness shall be rewarded by My good gifts.  So I say, watch and you will see a good thing that I will do for you this very day!”

Prophetic Scripture:
Nehemiah 5:19 – Think upon me, my God, for good, according to all that I have done for this people. .

Over the years, I have discovered that life can make people feel bad about themselves.  At times, it gets easy to remember all your failures and forget your accomplishments.   Of course, we all know people who want everyone to know their accomplishments!  Yet truthfully, deep inside, people usually struggle with their confidence in one area or another.  More than that, we can feel less than worthy to expect God to bless us for doing what is right.  Nehemiah was not afraid to boldly ask God to plan a good reward for him because he had worked hard for the people.  If you have children, have you noticed that they expect rewards for perhaps cleaning their room or getting good grades at school?  Children can think of many ways to cash in on a reward, believe me!  God is our Father, and as His children we should not feel ashamed for expecting Him to bless us for obeying Him and working hard for His kingdom.  God keeps track of your good work for Him.  Use your faith and believe that He will reward you with His good today.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, I know that you want to reward me with good.  I thank You that I can be confident in Your goodwill toward me.  I ask You to bring Your good rewards to me, for the work I have done in Your kingdom.  You are my wonderful Father and I thank You for Your good reward today! In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

Stay close to God

Release of Weights!
“For why do you carry the heavy burdens?” says the Lord.  “And why do you hold onto the things that pull you down into fear and torment?  Release those weights that hold and distract you that you might run free.  For I have already delivered you from them.”

Prophetic Scripture:
Hebrews 12:1 - …let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

We can easily pick up and carry all sorts of things in life that the Lord never intended for us to carry around.  Some of these burdens are carried in our minds as fears, pain, resentment and rejection.  Other times they manifest as sins, choices, and outward distractions that simply pull us away from the Lord.  We have to make a daily choice and commitment not to allow various weights to attach themselves to us.  It is easy to make the excuse that we are carrying these things because of circumstances that are out of our control.  Maybe someone hurt you or the financial pressure in your life caused you to become a workaholic until God was not on your list of priorities.  The only way to happiness is to make a set choice that we will not allow weights and sins to pull us off track.  The trick is to watch for them because they don’t always come noticeably.  The enemy tries to attach them a little at a time until you wake up one day and feel like a pack camel.  Then you ask yourself, “Where did all these burdens come from?”  The way to stay free from them is to stay close to the Word of God.  Jesus said that His yoke or burden was easy and light (Mt 11:29).  It is much easier to stay at the feet of Jesus and learn His ways, than to be weighted down by the world.  The closer to God we become, the lighter we will be, but the closer to the world we are, the more burdened down we will stay.  Isn’t it time?  Run to Him and release those weights that are holding you down today!

Prayer:

Father, I come to You in humility at this moment and I lay aside every weight in my life.  I release them to You and ask that You help me to not retrieve them anymore.  I repent of every sin, distraction and act of disobedience right now, please forgive me.  I give myself into Your hands and I choose to walk in the lightness that only You can provide.  Thank You Lord that I am light and burden free today! In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

Hearing your Father's voice

Daily prophetic word
Instructions Made Clear
“For now I will make you to hear My specific instructions for your life.  So I say: hear now what you could not hear before.  Listen to the sweet whispers of My mouth,” says your Father.  “Yes, you have it clearly, so be at peace and walk it out with ease!”

Prophetic Scripture:
Proverbs 4:1 – Hear ye children, the instruction of a father, and attend to know understanding.

One time when I was asking God about how He would respond to something, He gave me a very powerful illustration.  The Lord simply asked me how I would want to respond to my children.  We sometimes forget that God is a good Father!  God responds to us as a good father would.  As a parent, you want your intentions and expectations to be clear.  You also want your children to have a healthy balance of your love for them, mixed with good structure and sound discipline.  You want them to experience a stable life with good values.  God is no different; He wants all of His heart to be clear to you.  Stop saying you don’t hear God or know His instructions for your life.  Change your outlook.  Perhaps you don’t think you see it, but begin with the small things you already know.  Maybe the only thing you know to do with your future is to be consistent in prayer and the Bible.  Begin there.  When we follow the only direction we know, God is faithful to add to it.  You have to make a choice to pay attention to God’s directions for you.  Watch carefully for them.  Believe that you can hear the loving instructions of your Heavenly Father today!

Prayer:

Father, I receive the voice of Your instructions for my life.  Help me not only to open my ears, but help me respond to Your voice.  I thank You that You are helping me hear right now and I welcome all Your plans for me. In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

Align your faith to the word

Daily prophetic word
Declarations from the Throne!
“Know that I have already declared your beginning and ending,” says the Spirit, “and nothing can interfere if you will believe Me.  Yes, you are set to prosper, so receive now your many declarations of blessings that have come from My throne!”

Prophetic Scripture:
Isaiah 44: 6&8 – Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.  Fear ye not, neither be afraid:  have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? Ye are even my witnesses.  Is there a God beside me?  Yea, there is no God; I know not any.

When something is declared from the throne of a king you should be confident that what is being said will not be taken lightly.  People will have to change their plans, habits and perhaps entire lifestyle to adjust to the kingly word.  In the verses above, the word declared simply means a published announcement.  God, the King of the universe has made a published announcement of blessing and prosperity that applies specifically to your life.  Sometimes the devil tries to make us fearful about how the future may turn out.  He wants us to focus on the bad things and failures of the past, but the focus of our confidence must return to what the throne has already declared for us.  The fight is against your commitment to keep believing what the king has said.   That is how Satan deceived Eve in the Garden of Eden (Gen 3:1).  He began with the words “hath God said?”  Then he used circumstances and surroundings to make them question the word of the Lord.  Stay with what God has declared for you.  It has come straight from His throne and cannot be altered if you will believe it without wavering.  The throne has declared you a success.  It has declared you delivered, healed, accepted, beautiful, prospered, joyful and at peace.  Stand up on the inside and align your faith and attitude with the King’s declaration of blessing and watch the glory of God unfold all around your life!

Prayer:

Lord, I thank You that I serve the King of all Kings today.  I receive in my heart every word that has been declared from Your holy throne!  I align myself with these decrees and words of blessing.  I speak to my future and command all that I set my hand to do to prosper right now!  I declare success to my life, for a declaration of good has come from the throne of the living God!  In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

You are never alone

Daily prophetic word
God Sees Me!
“Wherever you go, My eyes see you.  I am watching; so you are never alone.  Nothing in your life goes unnoticed by My Almighty eye,” says the Lord.

Prophetic Scripture:
Genesis 16:13…And she called the name of the Lord that spake unto her, Thou God seest me….

Have you ever felt like you wanted to hide from life?  In our moments of trial, sometimes the best solution seems to be just pulling the covers over our head to escape!  In the Scripture above, we find the story of Hagar who had just run away to escape the anger of Sarah after learning she was pregnant by Abraham.  The powerful truth of this story is that even though she ran to hide from Sarah, God was watching her the entire time.  God saw her every move.  He never left her alone, even in the middle of a situation that was very hurtful and certainly not her fault.  In fact, verse seven of the same chapter says that the angel of the Lord found her by the river of water.  This experience with the Lord must have moved her so powerfully that she referred to the Lord as “The God who sees me”.  Realize that God sees you today.  He knows what you are doing, where you go and what you feel.  Rest assured the Lord who sees you is always watching and, like Hagar, He has a plan to help you every time!

Prayer:

Father, I thank You that Your eyes are always with me.  Even when it seems that I am alone, I know that You are with me and helping me through every situation.  I trust today that You never leave me or forsake me even to the end of the world.  I rest now in that assurance and allow Your peace to govern My soul today!  In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

Healing belongs to you ...

Daily prophetic word
Healing Bread
Healing is the children’s bread!  My healing belongs to you," says the Lord.  "Look to Me for your healing once again, for I am the Lord God that healeth thee.”

Prophetic Scripture:
Exodus 15:26 - …”I am the Lord that healeth thee.”

If you are in need of healing in your body today, return to the Lord as your healer all over again.  A few years ago, it seemed everyone in our church, including us, was being attacked with little illnesses.  A cold here, a flu there; people were missing church because of it.  Finally, I got mad in the spirit!  God’s people were being stolen from and I realized that we were not standing up to the spirit of infirmity like we should.  I told sickness that I was declaring war!  Sometimes you have to rise up afresh and remind yourself who your healing source is—it is Jesus!  It is the stripes on His back (1 Peter 2:24) that paid for you and I to be well.  Stand up to the spirit of sickness and disease right now and don’t be lulled to sleep.  If you do, you will find yourself looking to everything but God to be your healing source.  He is the Lord that heals you.

Prayer:

Father, I thank You that Jesus totally paid for my healing.  He received stripes on His back so that I could live in health.  I take authority over the spirit of infirmity today and declare that it is illegal.  I say to that spirit, that you have no right to live on my body.  Leave in the Name of Jesus!  I say that I am whole in the Name of Jesus.  My body is blessed and well from this day forward.  My days of sickness are over.  In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

Keep the connection

Daily prophetic word
Planted and Rooted
The Lord says, “Plant yourself in My house in this hour.  For it is not a season to be uprooted.  Stay rooted and connected so the place of flourishing you have sought can be found.”

Prophetic Scripture:
Psalm 92:13 – Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.

We live in some very unusual times in the world right now.  1 Timothy 3:1 says they are perilous times.  More than ever before, we need to be planted among the Body of Christ.  It is dangerous to forge our way all alone and expect to make it.  In the years ahead, you will see more people disconnecting from the Body of Christ—Satan is plotting to snatch the sheep from the fold.  Sometimes people and even pastors can let you down, but rather than find a reason to disconnect, look for every reason to stay planted, even in times when people disappoint you.  Walk in love and keep your heart right.  Today’s prophetic scripture show us that we grow in the courts of the Lord, when we stay planted in His house.  I know many people whose calling and destiny in life became tainted because they disconnected from the local church and God’s people.  Your growth in the spirit and your call is connected to the local church and the Body of Christ.  Get connected, stay involved and rub arms with your fellow believers—you need them and they need you!   God’s people and His church will keep you on track.  It is the best place to be in the last days!

Prayer:

Lord I thank You today for every other believer that You have put in my life.  I consider them a blessing in every way.  Thank You for my church and pastor.  Help me to be a greater blessing and a pillar of strength among Your people.  I plant myself in Your house and know that my destiny will unfold powerfully in the years to come.  I thank You for it!  In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

Dare to ask Him...

Daily prophetic word
Ask for the Impossible!
“What can you ask Me to do?  For I wait for your asking.  Ask Me today for the impossible and watch Me do what you thought couldn’t be done,” says the Lord.

Prophetic Scripture:
John 14:14, If you ask anything in my name, I will do it.

A while ago the Lord spoke to me that I was not being bold enough to ask Him for impossible things.  In fact, in some areas I was just busy trying to fix too many things myself.  Have you ever done that?  It is easy to get caught up trying to find a natural answer all of the time.  Sometimes we do that because the devil deceives us into thinking our own shortcomings will keep us from receiving God’s help.  Even when we do make mistakes, still the best thing to do is ask the Lord to get involved.   Repent and ask the Lord for the help to fix it.   In everything ask Him.!  Ask Him for the impossible, ask Him for His input, and ask Him for your needs to be met.  Rather than just turn toward a physical man-made solution, go to the Lord.  He wants to do miracles and wonderful things for us, but He only gives us one direction to receive them—Ask!

Prayer:

Father, I truly take You at Your Word today!  You have told me to ask, so that is just what I am going to do.  I ask you Lord for ____________________________________________.  I use my faith to see that change today and turn around for the better.  Help me hear Your voice and Your direction as I ask You for things and I will keep my prayers in line with Your Word.  I thank You that You are the God of the impossible and I expect Your promises to be fulfilled in my life.  In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

Relationshipes restored

Daily prophetic word
Relationships Healed
The Lord says, “I am able to bind together the broken things.  For the relationships that have been ordained to remain, I am about to heal and renew.  Rest in it today and let Me do it for you!”

Prophetic Scripture:
Genesis 50:18-20 – And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we be thy servants.  And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God?  But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

Sometimes there are relationships in our lives, truly ordained of the Lord, that struggle or just fall apart.  We are left wondering how they came to that point.  We analyze what we did wrong to offend, or we feel we were mistreated by the other party.  In either case, it sometimes seems there is no solution to repair it.  If you have one or two of those situations, today’s word is for you!  Joseph went through a similar problem, when his brothers sold him to slavery, then Potiphar’s wife falsely accused him and had him thrown in prison and his so-called prison friends, the baker and the butler, forgot him.  However, God had a plan to restore his relationship to his family supernaturally!  In the verse above, we see how the story turned out.  Both Joseph and his brothers came to a place of incredible restoration.  Previous hurts were healed and it all occurred by God’s divine plan.  They didn’t have to figure out a way to make it happen.—God just did it!  In the same incredible way, God wants to restore those relationships, marriages and families for you.  Let Him do it His way and have faith that He will work in out in time.  Trust that the process of that restoration has begun right now!

Prayer:

Father, I know that You can change minds and change hearts.  I believe that You are working out my relationship with ______________________________________.  Fix the things between us that are not right and heal any hurts.  I allow You to work in my heart and I give the problem over to You.  Thank You Lord, for bringing a healing to this relationship today.  In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

Determine not to quit ...

Daily prophetic word
Breaking Spiritual Abortion!
The Lord says, “I am arresting the spirit of spiritual abortion.  It will not be able to stop any work or ministry that I have started for I will cause all My plans to be completed with glory,” says the Lord.

Prophetic Scripture:
Hebrews 12:2 – Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

In today’s world it seems more and more difficult to complete tasks, much less do them with excellence.  Sometimes that crosses over into our walk with God.  All of us want to feel like we please God by being diligent to do His will without quitting in the middle.  I believe that the spirit of abortion, even in the natural, wants to stop our ability to birth God’s purposes in the spirit.  However, Jesus is the one who brought us into His work of righteousness and He will cause us to finish everything He has ordained us to do.  He has authored your faith!  Determine to take hold of the race before you and resist the plan of the enemy to abort your purpose.  You will reach the end if you determine not to quit!

Prayer:

I take authority over the spirit of abortion, in the Name of Jesus!  I resist any plan to abort my purpose and declare that it will not prosper.  Father, I thank You that Jesus is my Lord and He is the one who finishes my faith.  Therefore, I know that I will complete all that You have for me both big and small.  You have not called me to be a quitter.  Instead, You have called me to prosper and receive the prize of my high calling in Christ Jesus!  In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.

God is working out a plan ...

Daily prophetic word
The Miracle of My Power!
“I am the God who orders your life because I overshadow the steps of the righteous.  For today, I call you the ‘miracle of My power,’” says the Spirit of the Lord.

Prophetic Scripture:
Psalm 37:23-24 – The steps of the good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.  Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down:  for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand.

We walked through many challenges as we started in the ministry.  There were times when it seemed like it was nothing but one trial after another.  Have you ever been there?  I am sure that is how Joseph in the Bible must have felt.  He was betrayed, sold into slavery, lied about and then put in prison.  I am sure Joseph must have had moments of frustration, rejection, emotional pain and even fear.  However, in all of that God was working out a plan for an incredible miracle!  God was in the middle of Joseph’s destiny.  As I look back on some trying times, I realize that even though the devil had a plan for our defeat, God was working out a miracle.  God is directing your steps and He will turn your life into something very powerful regardless of what tried to harm you in the past.

Prayer:

Father, I know today that you are guiding my life.  You are not going to let me fail.  Forgive me for times when I thought you had forsaken me!  I ask you Holy Spirit to be my teacher and my comforter.  Help me to hear Your voice and Your direction.  I place my life in Your hands and I believe with all my heart that You are making me a miracle today! In Jesus’ Name, AMEN!

God is for you ....

Daily prophetic word
Tears of Rejoicing
"For if you could only comprehend what I am about to do, even this very day," says the Lord.  "Yes, look now to the promises before you, for the foundation of them are being laid in their place.  And yes, as they unfold in your life, you shall experience tears of great rejoicing!"

Prophetic Scripture:
Ezra 3:12 - But many of the priests and Levites and chief of the father, who were ancient men, that had seen the first house, when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, wept with a loud voice; and many shouted aloud for joy:

All through history, the devil has plotted, using people to try to indimidate, attack and afflict the people of God.  Using words, lies, fear tactics and many other means, there will always be somebody that does not have your best interest at heart.  Yet, I love the simplicity of the Scripture above.  I doesn't go into a  lot of detail about what might try to make you fearful.  It doesn't even detail how the Lord will help you escape people's attempt to harm or discourage you.  All it says, is simply that the Lord is on your side.  Think of it like the times when you were a child on the playground, and the kids would pick teams to play a ballgame.  There was always that one kid that everybody wanted on their team!  It was thought that if you had that one kid on your side, then everything would turn out fine and you expected the other team to lose without question.  When the Lord is for you, the ballgame is over before the first play, even though you play the entire thing until the end!  That is why this verse follows with the simple statement, "what can man do unto me?"  The answer?  Nothing, absolutely nothing!  Oh, there may be times that it may look like you are losing the game to the natural eye, but it's not over until it's over.  Sometimes  that means the game goes into overtime, but if the Lord is on your team, the win is certain.  It's over!  God is going to see you through it.  Now, winning doesn't mean we are taunting our enemies.  We are commanded in the Bible to love people, even those who are trying to put us down, but we don't have to fear them.  The blessing is found in knowing that no matter what anyone tries to do to you in your life, God is for you!  That is all we need to know isn't it?

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,  I thank You, that You are on my side today.  You are for me!  I worship You because I know you will be my defense and help.  I declare today, that I will not be fearful of what man may do to me, because You are my life!  In the Name of Jesus, Amen!

A place of communion

Daily prophetic word
A Room Prepared
"For I am preparing you as a room for My Spirit to dwell and manifest in power," says the Lord.  "Yes, even as the anointing is preparing you to bring the meat of My table to the nations of the world, you will bring My wonders to many lost in darkness. For I have qualified you to bring them into the light!"

Prophetic Scripture:
Mark 14:15 - And he will show you a large upper room, furnished and prepared: there make ready for us.

I believe the upper room, where Jesus shared the first communion meal with His disciples, was more than just a physical location.  That room had prophetic significance and meaning.  It was a preparation place for the coming of the Holy Spirit.  It was the place where Jesus taught them a new level of communing with the Father.  Then in Acts Chapter One, we find the people gathered in the same upper room anticipating God's Spirit to come upon them.  I believe every believer, should be an "upper room" believer.  That means we make our spirit a preparation place for the Holy Spirit to manifest His works.  Not just the works of good character, but also the works of power and anointing!  So, how do we create our "upper room" for such a purpose?  Well, just the way Jesus did with His disciples, we make our heart a place of communion.  That could be the literal communion meal, but also as a place of communion with the Father in worship and prayer.  Then, like the people in the book of Acts, we wait for the move of the Holy Spirit in our lives.  We do that through prayer and also by expecting the miraculous.  The early Christians were not just taking a nap the day the Holy Spirit fell!  They were waiting.  The word "wait" in Acts 1:4, literally means to stand in a place of warring expectancy!  In other words, you are doing whatever is necessary for the power of the Holy Spirit to be on your life and you will have it no other way!  You are determined to manifest the gifts of the Spirit according to 1 Corinthians 12.  You pray in the spirit and covet that type of supernatural anointing, just the way the early Christians did.  If you will commune with the Father and wait for the Holy Spirit this way, you will become an "upper room" believer prepared to bring the power of God to a dark and needy world!

Prayer:

Dear Lord, I make my spirit a room for Your Spirit today.  I open my heart so that I may manifest Your anointing to the world.  Prepare me as I wait for You.  Teach me, Lord how to commune with You in the "upper room" of my spirit.  I receive that anointing upon my life today!  In the Name of Jesus, Amen!

Believe for Signs n Wonders in your Life

Daily prophetic word
Demonstrations Are Here!
"I am waiting for you to not just talk about My power, but to demonstrate it," says the Spirit.  "Yes, step out in miracles, believe for signs and wonders in your life and in the lives of those you meet, and watch the display of My power.  For the demonstrations of God are here! "

Prophetic Scripture:
1 Corinthians 2:4 - And my speech and my preaching was not with the enticing words of men's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.

Did you know that God wants to manifest His power for your situation?  He is just waiting for you to expect it and act like you believe that.  Often we talk about the power of God and how it was displayed so powerfully in the life of those in the Bible, historical figures, and in books.  But God didn't stop these demonstrations with the early church era, or even a few decades ago.  He manifests supernatural demonstrations because we are willing to step out on the edge and do something that causes Him to move.  I once heard someone say, "There is something about God that causes Him to pass by countless people to show Himself for that one who displays bold, unrelenting faith!"  Well, the Bible says in Hebrews 11:6, that we cannot even please Him unless we have faith.  True faith is expecting what you already know to be true, even when it isn't seen with the natural eyes.  God is real and manifests real miracles for those who will just step out on the water.  Go ahead and pray for that person to be healed.  Sow an offering and expect a breakthrough in your finances.  Do something that reveals your confidence in God to act on your behalf.  You don't have to wait and wonder if miracles will come.  The demonstrations of God are already here!  Just step out and watch the Lord display His power.  The more you do, the more you will see demonstrations of God in your life!

Prayer:

Father, I stir my bold faith today for the demonstrations of the Holy Spirit to operate in my life.  I believe for healing, revelation, deliverance, financial breakthrough, dreams, visions, and many wonders of Your power.  Teach me how to demonstrate that anointing and expect it to operate daily in my life.  Thank you Lord for Your anointing that rests upon me to work wonders.  I believe Your demonstrations of the Spirit are upon me today!  In Jesus name ! Amen

Believe God for the impossible

Daily prophetic word
God is Looking and Searching
"For I am looking across the Earth again," says the Lord.  "Will you be one of those who will exercise faith?  Will you be one who will ask Me to do impossible things in the Earth today?  For I say, I am looking for them and there shall be signs in their midst," says the Spirit of the Lord!

Prophetic Scripture:
Luke 18:7-8 - And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, through he bear long with them?  I tell you that he will avenge them speedily.  Nevertheless, when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

Someone once said, "There is something about God, that will pass by crowds of people, just to do a miracle for the one who will cry out to Him in faith."  We see this concept with the woman with the issue of blood in Mark 5:25-34.  She pressed through a multitude of people, sick and weak from her condition.  She could have easily given up, but her faith was determined and she reached out for her miracle.  She pressed even when circumstances screamed at her to quit pressing.  I believe her determined faith not only pulled upon the miracle power of God, but it got the immediate attention of Jesus.  When she pulled the  power out of Him with faith, Jesus stopped in His tracks.  He paused from the rest of the crowd and zeroed in on this woman.  The disciples couldn't understand the concept of what had happened.  They were like many of us, and couldn't understand why Jesus took His attention off the multitude and put it on this woman.  They didn't realize that Jesus had felt her pull of unrelenting faith!  God is looking across the Earth right now for some believers who have unrelenting faith, that the power of God is going to sweep nations, cities, homes and lives.  God wants to show Himself strong for us, but He is looking to find some faith in the Earth today. Don't get caught in the crowd who wants God on their terms, that wants God to give them everything without using any faith or determination for it.  Hebrews 11:6, says that you cannot please God without faith.  Believe God for the impossible today and you will be a candidate for Jesus to point you out of the crowd, just like the woman with the issue of blood.  Get ready, He is about to defend you speedily!

Prayer:

Dear Lord, I pray that I will be one of those in whom You will find unrelenting faith!  As You look across the globe today, find faith in me Lord!  I declare that I receive my miracle.   I exercise my faith to see Your Spirit move across the Earth today in mighty signs, wonders and miracles.  Yes, Lord, I believe You for the impossible today!  In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

Suddenly ...

Daily prophetic word
Sudden Intervention
"For in the moment you think there is no solution, this shall be the time for faith in the One who knows no boundary or limits.  For I will show My power with sudden intervention this day and you shall be delivered!" says the Spirit of the Lord.

Prophetic Scripture:
Acts 16:26 - And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone's hands were loosed.

Now many of us are very familiar with the story about Paul and Silas in prison in Acts 16.  They were in a situation that really looked hopeless.  They were bound in jail with their feet and hands in stocks, while their backs were bleeding from a beating they had received earlier for preaching about the Name of Jesus.  Without a doubt they were uncomfortable and in a lot of pain.  It might have even looked like God had deserted them in their hopeless situation as they sat in the dark prison cell.  They could have chosen to complain and question God as to why He allowed them to go through this trying time.  Yet, that is not what they chose to do.  Instead they chose to worship the Lord in the middle of their pain, in the middle of their darkest moment.  When all hope seemed lost they praised the Lord with joy!  Instead of looking at the chains and prison walls, they saw a God who is not bound by prison doors!  In that setting, God stepped in with sudden intervention.  Stop seeing your prison walls today.  Stop seeing your impossibilities and look to a God who can deliver you from your most trying situations.  Start calling today, and everyday, the day of God's sudden intervention!

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father, I worship You today.  I praise You and rejoice that You are a God of sudden intervention.  Forgive me for the times when I complained instead of praising You.  Move in my life, just as You did for Paul and Silas, and I believe Your power will come into my situation with sudden intervention even when I least expect it!  Thank You Lord!  In Jesus' Name, Amen.

The Deep Places of the Holy Spirit

Daily prophetic word
Draw Me Deeper Lord
"Let Me pull you into the deeper place today," says the Lord.  "Let Me bring you into the inner chamber of revelation.  How you say?  Ask Me to draw you there.  Launch out into that deep place and I will bring into uncharted rooms in the dwelling of My Holy Spirit!"

Prophetic Scripture:
Luke 5:4 - Launch out into the deep, and let down your  nets for a draught.

Growing in the Lord means you are willing to allow God to take you into spritual places and experiences that may be new to you.  They are not new to God, but we all have to step into places with Him that may be unfamiliar.  God wants us to experience the depths of His heart, His thoughts and His plans, but it takes faith and commitment to go there.  This begins with a want to and a  willingness to let go of only stepping into the experiences with God that you are used to .  When Jesus told His disciples to launch out into the deep, most of our normal response to that request would be much like the disciples.  "But Lord we tried that and it got us nowhere, and besides now we are tired of trying."  That is a rough paraphrase of how the disciples responded when Jesus was beckoning them back into the deep.  Instead of responding to His request to draw you, as if it is just "over-your-head" or too deep for you, respond with a willing "Yes Lord, draw me into the deep place."  Sure, the deep places in the Holy Spirit require losing our agenda, our plans, and giving ourselves completely over to the wave of the Spirit.  It takes faith, but it certainly is the best place to live once you learn to ride the wave.  Go ahead, ask the Lord to draw you into the deeper places of the Holy Spirit today!

Prayer:

Lord, I come to You with a willingness to enter the deeper places of the Spirit.  Draw me into the deep place Lord, where I might experience all that is on Your heart.  I want to know You Lord in a new and fresh way.  Cause me Lord, to be one of those who will follow You wherever You might lead.  I expect to see the supernatural and the unusual as I launch out into the deep today!  In Jesus' Name, Amen!

Keep your mind in check

Daily prophetic word
Peace of Mind Comes Now!!
"Command your mind, command your thoughts," says the Lord.  "For many are losing control of these things, but this is your day to speak and say to yourself, my peace of mind comes NOW!"

Prophetic Scripture:
2 Corinthians 10:5 - Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

With the way things are going in the world today, we have to make a determined choice to keep our minds and our thoughts in check.  We cannot just let our head think whatever it wants!  If you do, you will find yourself running down all sorts of wrong mental paths. You will jump to wrong conclusions about people, situations and events that go on around you.  The best way to keep your mind in check is to tell it what to do.  Speak to your mind and tell it to come in line with God and His Word.  The word casting in the verse above literally means to demolish in a violent way.  Now that doesn't mean you do this by literally beating your head against a wall!  We excercise spiritual violence against sin and evil with words.  You must command your mind to be at peace when thoughts of fear try to come at you.  Speak to your mind today and tell it to be at peace in the Name of Jesus!  Then fill your mind with thoughts about the goodness and peace of God today!

Prayer:

Dear Lord, I know that You have given me power over my thoughts today.  So I speak to my mind today, in the power of Jesus' Name.  "Mind, you be at peace, in the Name of Jesus. You think upon thoughts of peace and God's goodness, right now!"  Father, I worship You and give You glory in my thoughts today!  In Jesus' Mighty Name, Amen!

Righteous Spiritual Heritage

Daily prophetic word
The Righteous Seed
"See yourself of a new bloodline this day," says the Spirit, "for those who have called on My Name are of a brand new seed.  Yes, and the righteous seed shall be separated from the curse and you will be mighty in all your years!"

Prophetic Scripture:
Psalm 112:1-2 - Praise ye the Lord, Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.  His seed shall be mightly upon the earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.

Actually, if you read all of Psalm 112, you will find that God has many promises in store for His children.  When you committed your life to Jesus, and made Him your Lord and Savior, you were literally translated into a new bloodline!  God became your Heavenly Father and through the blood of Jesus you are born of God's seed.  You have become the seed of the righteous!  Do you know why that is such good news today?  Most of us can think of some of the negative things we have received from our family heritage.  Not everything in our earth bloodline was a good thing.  Some of us inherited poverty, others debt, some addictions, and even fears or a history of illness.  Yet, Jesus' bloodline came from the Heavenly Father and it is a pure and holy one.  There is no trace of evil or sin in it.  The curse, under the bloodline of Christ, is broken.  That is the spiritual family heritage we have been brought into and we should expect our generational outlook to take on a new image!  Now that doesn't mean that the devil won't try hard to keep you seeing yourself under all the curses your earthly heritage brought you, but you can rise out of that by claiming the blessing of your righteous, spiritual heritage.  Read all of Psalm 112, and expect what the Lord has promised you as the generation of the righteous.  You are part of a mighty seed, so expect the blessing of that in your life today.

Prayer:

Dear Lord, I rejoice that I am part of the righteous heritage that is free from the curse,  I am mighty upon the earth today.  Riches and blessing are in my house, over my family and upon my children.  I thank You for my new and heavenly heritage.  I take authority over any curse that came from my generations on this earth and I declare that I am blessed in my heavenly bloodline today!  In the Name of Jesus,

Season of double fruitfulness

Daily prophetic word
Forget the Pain
"It is time to forget your season of toil and embrace your season of fruitfulness," says the Lord.  "For even as Joseph named his firstborn Manasseh, it was his declaration that he had forgotten his years of hardship and so must you declare that your years of struggle and toil are behind you now!"

Prophetic Scripture:
Genesis 41:51-52 - And Joseph called the name of the firstborn Manasseh:  For God, said he, hath made me forget all my toil, and all my father's house.  And the name of the second called he Ephraim:  for God hath caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction.

No matter what you have been through in life, God always has a plan to move you forward to a new chapter; a new beginning.  Whether the hardships of life came from your distant past or they just occurred yesterday, God is standing before you today, ready for you to put it behind you!  Let today be seen as a new season of fruitfulness in the spirit.  That is the best medicine for your healing from all hurts.  Notice in the verses above, when Joseph called his firstborn son Manasseh, he not only said that God had made him forget all his hardship and toil, but also all his father's house.  Why ALL his father's house?  That is because to him, the years he spent growing up held a lot of bad memories and hurts.  Maybe your upbringing was filled with similar memories and experiences.  Well, it's time to move from that place and open a new chapter in life.  It is your Ephraim chapter, your season of double fruitfulness! (Gen. 41:52) Even the negative of experience from this week will lose its ability to keep you down when you forget your hurts and struggles.  Put them out of your mind today, and dwell instead on the blessings of tomorrow and wonderful fruit God is producing in your life!

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You that today I give "spiritual birth" to Manasseh, by chosing to forget the hurts of yesterday.  I place my eyes on today and tommorrow.  I declare this is my season of  Ephraim.  I call this my season of double fruitfulness in the spirit!  I am blessed, I am healed and set free!  Thank You Jesus!  Amen!
