Divine Appointments!!
“I am about to arrange specially ordained connections,” says the Lord. “For I want to bring divine appointments for my people in this season and they will come an unexpected way.”
Prophetic Scripture:
Acts 8: 26-29 – And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise and go toward the south, unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza which is desert. And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopinas, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship was returning and sitting in his chariot read Isaiah the prophet. Then the Spirit said unto Philip, go near, and join thyself to this chariot.
We can be assured that when God wants to accomplish something, He will make the right arrangements to get it done. All we have to do is stay close and obey Him. Philip and this eunuch in the Scripture above experienced what I like to call a “God-planned appointment.” Neither one of them probably saw it coming, but it was a supernatural event, that resulted in something eternal! It was something historical that touched even more lives than just the eunuch. He was a powerful man and history gives indication that his conversion greatly impacted his nation. A therefore, seemingly small event was an incredible divinely planned meeting. It was a ministry appointment for Philip, a life changing experience for a man in his chariot and a nation waiting to be affected by the outcome. Whatever God has purposed for our lives, we can expect that he will make all the needed connections, relationships and appointments necessary. We just have to obey His Word and allow Him to do the rest! Expect God’s divine appointments today!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I thank You that You are leading me today into the right places at the right time. You will open every door that is necessary so I can fulfill Your will for me. Bring the right relationships and contacts needed for me to complete every task today and I thank You that much shall be accomplished for Your kingdom! In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.
